What is "Special Order" Furniture?   
We have the capability of ordering furniture from the manufacturer with your preferred individual specifications. This means if you see a chair in our Showroom, we can "special order" it in a fabric or finish of your preference.

What is the warranty on your furniture?    
All of the manufacturers that we represent provide warranties on their furniture. Each manufacturer's warranty specifies items covered and length of time. Upon request, a written copy of the manufacturer's warranty is available.

How long will it take for delivery of "special order" furniture?    
The total length of delivery time consists of time required for order entry, manufacturing, shipping, receipt of product and installation. We will provide approximate times based on current schedules of all parties involved.

What about damage from freight shipping?    
By ordering your furniture with us, we have the capability to handle all aspects of shipping. This means we inspect all orders received through our warehouse and file all appropriate claims. This responsibility carries through the delivery of product from us to you.

Will your furniture cost more?    
We offer many quality ranges of furniture that are competitively priced. The true cost of the product depends on the build quality, factory warranty and product expected lifespan compared to the purchase price. Often quality will cost less than bargain priced offerings.
